Getting ready for your online assessment? Here’s everything you need to know so you can feel confident and fully prepared.

⭐️ About Your Assessment

Your online assessment includes several activities, and you’ll have 7 days to complete everything from the moment you receive the email.

The final deadline shown on your screen adjusts to your current time zone, so it may change if you travel.

Total time needed: around 30 minutes

You can take breaks between activities


💡 Tips Before You Start

- All instructions appear before each activity — read them carefully
- Choose a quiet, distraction-free space
- Some sections are timed — you’ll see a timer on your screen
- For the best experience, use a laptop + Google Chrome
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection throughout

🎧 1) Listening Task (Onboard Situations)

You’ll hear 8 different scenarios that could happen on board and choose the best response.

Time: 10 minutes

Total: 11 situational questions

Format: 4 answer choices per question

Just pick the option that reflects the most appropriate cabin crew reaction


🎥 2) Video Recording

This is your chance to unveil your ultimate skills & experience pack on camera ✨

You’ll answer one question:

“Why am I the perfect candidate for this role?”


What to expect:

- You get 2 attempts to record your answer

- Total time available: 6 minutes

- The recording automatically starts after a few seconds — but you can begin speaking immediately

- You don’t need to speak for all 6 minutes; stop and submit whenever you're done


🎧 3) Listening Task (IELTS-style)

Very similar to the IELTS listening format.

Time: 10 minutes

Total: 10 audio recordings

Format: 4 multiple-choice options

Expect different accents (American is common)

💡 Tips:

- Read the question first
- Then play the audio
- Keep your eyes on the options while listening (multi-tasking helps!)
- Use the speed button if needed to save time
